場(chǎng)動(dòng)向、特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),制定市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售策略,確定主要目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)、市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和銷(xiāo)售方針,并在報(bào)總經(jīng)理審批后組織實(shí)施;
2、根據(jù)酒店的近期和遠(yuǎn)期目標(biāo)、財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算要求,協(xié)調(diào)與前廳部、客房部的關(guān)系,提出銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃編制原則、依據(jù),組織銷(xiāo)售部人
員分析市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,制定和審核酒店客房出租率,平均房租及季節(jié)銷(xiāo)售預(yù)算,提出酒店價(jià)格政策實(shí)施方案,向銷(xiāo)售部人員下達(dá)銷(xiāo)
售任務(wù),并組織貫徹實(shí)施;
3、掌握國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的動(dòng)態(tài),每周在總經(jīng)理主持下,分析銷(xiāo)售動(dòng)態(tài)、各部門(mén)銷(xiāo)售成本、存在問(wèn)題、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等,提
出改進(jìn)方案和措施,監(jiān)督銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃的順利完成;
4、協(xié)調(diào)銷(xiāo)售部和各經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的關(guān)系,經(jīng)常保持同上級(jí)旅游管理部門(mén)、各大旅行社、航空公司、鐵路客運(yùn)站和本地的商社、辦事
機(jī)構(gòu)、政府外事部門(mén)的密切聯(lián)系,并通過(guò)他們與客戶(hù)建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的良好協(xié)作關(guān)系;
5、提交酒店重要銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)和參加國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品展銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)實(shí)施方案,組織人員.準(zhǔn)備材料,參加銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng),廣泛宣傳本公司產(chǎn)
