第三章、投標(biāo)文件的遞交
 10、投標(biāo)文件的密封與標(biāo)記
10.1 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)將投標(biāo)文件的正本和副本分別密封，在每個(gè)密封件的封面上標(biāo)明項(xiàng)目編  號(hào)、投標(biāo)單位名稱、法定代表人、單位公章、“正本 ”或“副本”字樣、投標(biāo)人的名稱、地址、聯(lián)系電話。
10.2 投標(biāo)文件袋上應(yīng)寫(xiě)明：
 
注明“開(kāi)標(biāo)時(shí)才能啟封”字樣等
10.3 為方便招標(biāo)時(shí)的開(kāi)標(biāo)和唱標(biāo)，投標(biāo)方須將正本的投標(biāo)文件、開(kāi)標(biāo)一覽表和用于開(kāi)標(biāo)  目的的投標(biāo)函單獨(dú)密封，并在信封上標(biāo)明“開(kāi)標(biāo)一覽表”字樣，然后再裝入正本投標(biāo)文件密封袋中。
1任何不完整或不滿足招標(biāo)文件要求的投標(biāo)文件將被拒絕。
